Project Experience

From feasibility to field-ready implementation.

MTM Solutions helps public safety agencies turn complex needs into coordinated programs. Our documented work with the Navajo Police Department spans operational assessment, E9-1-1 pilot planning, rural addressing, and NextGen 911 implementation.

Documented Project History

A modernization path built in practical stages.

MTM's original project archive shows how the work progressed from a systemwide feasibility study to a focused district pilot and, ultimately, a coordinated implementation program.

Navajo Police Department Consolidation Feasibility Study

MTM evaluated an effective approach for combining the operations of seven Navajo Police dispatch districts into a consolidated Public Safety Answering Point model.

Current-state emergency communications assessment
Seven-district operational and consolidation analysis
NG9-1-1 and ESInet transport recommendation
PSAP location and implementation considerations

The public feasibility record identified Yatahey and Kayenta as study-stage recommended locations. Later implementation planning evolved as the broader program moved forward.
